Planting seeds of excellence: staff seminar for 2026/2027

Before students returned for 2026/2027, primary, secondary, and upper-secondary staff gathered at the secondary campus for a three-day professional seminar on 26–28 August.

Mr. Mahfoudh Elarem opened with Jean Giono’s The Man Who Planted Trees: education, like a forest, asks for patience and long commitment. Mr. Henrik Andersson and Mr. Njaal Haugland then recentred the team on the values the school has held since it began.

Workshops with Mrs. Camilia Dhafallah walked teachers through Cambridge classroom practice — planning, clarity of instruction, and a supportive climate for learning.
